Experience
A national leader for social justice and equity, Ms. Blackwell seeks to strengthen America by creating stronger low-income communities and communities of color. A former senior vice president at the Rockefeller Foundation, she has appeared on Nightline, PBS’s NOW, and is a frequent commentator on public radio’s Marketplace and The Tavis Smiley Show. She has also been featured on the opinion pages of The New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, and the San Francisco Chronicle.
