Experience
A leading advocate for vulnerable youth of color, Mr. Lizardo addresses the health, education, and social challenges facing men and boys in low-income communities. As a key member of the PolicyLink Center for Infrastructure Equity, Mr. Lizardo also works with community groups and public offi cials to ensure that infrastructure investments are allocated fairly and generate broad economic vitality.
